Reactivation Agent reads your customer records, finds every home that is due for its next pest treatment, and texts only the customers you pick. Each yes becomes a booking request on your desk.
Every service has a rhythm. Your records already know it.
Starting rhythms for a pest control company
They follow the business you pick in the first screen. Change
The desk proposes a starting rhythm for each service and learns each one from your own history. You confirm or change each one. Each mark on a line is a due date.

Nothing is texted until you approve.
- The text comes from your business, from your own registered number.
- Every first text ends "Reply STOP to opt out."
- Texts follow CASL (Canada) and TCPA (United States).
- Your list is yours.
See who's due for free. Then one monthly price for the size of your list.
Sign up free, upload your list inside your desk and see who's due. When you want us to bring them back, you pay one monthly price, set by how many rows your list has. A row is one job on one date.
Per month. Booking requests included. Past your plan's texts, each text is 6¢. CAD in Canada, USD in the US.
The six things owners ask first.
How do I get past customers to book again?
Send us your customer records and we build a plan of who is due back for each service and why. You pick the services to bring back and approve the text, and every yes becomes a booking request on your desk.
Is it legal to text past customers in Canada and the US?
It can be, when every text follows CASL in Canada or TCPA in the US, names your business and lets people opt out. A customer the rules don't allow you to text yet is held on your desk with the reason. Anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
What does a reactivation text say?
It names your business and the service that's due, and asks the customer to reply YES to book or STOP to opt out. You read and approve every text before it goes, and you can rewrite it in your own words.
What do I need to start?
Your customer list, as a spreadsheet or a CSV. It needs the customer's name, a phone number you can text, the job you did and the date you did it. Better with: notes on the job, the equipment you worked on, what you charged and an email. You see who's due before anything is texted, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Signing up and seeing who's due in your own list is free. After that you pay by the size of your list: $99 a month up to 1,000 rows with 1,000 texts included, $149 up to 5,000 rows with 1,750 texts, and $199 above that with 2,500 texts. Past your plan's texts, each text is 6¢. A row is one job on one date. CAD in Canada, USD in the United States.
Does it send anything without my approval?
No. Nothing is texted until you approve it, and one switch stops every text at once. Texts go from your own registered number, and your desk shows every reply and booking.
